RED BANK, NJ - April 17, 2025 -- Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) is proud to welcome Regional Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas, Texas, to its rapidly growing nationwide network. This strategic partnership represents a major milestone in expanding access to world-class care across the Lone Star State and throughout the country. Founded by Dr. Denton Watumull in 1991, Regional Plastic Surgery Center is a seasoned, state-of-the-art practice renowned for its expertise in reconstructive, hand, and aesthetic surgery, along with offering a range of medical spa services. Operating out of Richardson and Rockwall in North Texas, the practice is home to four fellowship-trained microsurgeons and 30 clinical and administrative professionals, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Dr. Watumull focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, bringing decades of experience in cosmetic enhancement. Dr. Bruce Byrne boasts extensive skill in hand surgery and all types of aesthetic procedures, including breast augmentation and facelift. Dr. Joshua Lemmon specializes in microsurgical reconstruction of the breast, head and neck, and hand and wrist. He leads one of the largest breast reconstruction practices in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including autologous techniques such as DIEP and perforator flaps. Dr. Derek Rapp has a special interest in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and hand and wrist, including trauma, nerve compression, and arthritis.
