Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance Appoints David Clark as President to Drive Strategic Growth
Redbank, NJ, January 16th, 2025 – The Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance, a leading network of independent practices dedicated to advancing the field of reconstructive surgery, today announced the appointment of David Clark as President. In his newly created role, Clark will report to ARSA CEO Dr. Andrew Elkwood and will focus on driving strategic growth and innovation during the company’s ongoing expansion.

David Clark brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience to ARSA. His previous roles include over two decades at Pediatrix (NYSE: MD), a provider of specialized maternal, fetal, newborn, and pediatric services, where he rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Clark served as President and CEO of EyeCare Partners, establishing the organization as the nation’s leading clinically integrated eye care provider while achieving significant growth and maintaining high levels of doctor engagement and patient satisfaction.

Clark holds a BBA in Accounting with honors from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his healthcare career at Arthur Andersen, working as part of the physician practice service team.
