Are you a board-certified/board-eligible plastic and reconstructive surgeon seeking an opportunity to flourish in a “privademic” practice? Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) invites you to join Plastic, Reconstructive, and Microsurgical Associates (PRMA) in San Antonio, Texas.
PRMA stands out as a high-volume breast reconstruction destination. Our team of eight surgeons utilize a co-surgeon model to support a collaborative and efficient work environment. While microsurgical breast reconstruction is our core service, we offer opportunities to expand into additional service lines, including lymphedema surgery and cosmetic surgery. Having a dedicated nursing staff and surgical PAs to assist during cases combined with no trauma calls allows us to focus on providing unparalleled patient care.
The ideal candidate for this position is a microsurgery fellowship graduate with a strong interest in breast reconstruction, microsurgical flap procedures, lymphedema surgery, and cosmetic surgery. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
At PRMA, we believe in rewarding your talent and dedication with competitive compensation. This is complemented by a comprehensive benefit package, including malpractice insurance and retirement benefits. Additionally, we will support your transition with relocation assistance and a CME stipend.
Our mission is to provide personalized care and deliver results that exceed expectations for every patient seeking plastic and reconstructive surgery. We take pride in fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for all patients, regardless of social or economic status or insurance type.
As part of ARSA, you will work among like-minded plastic and reconstructive surgeons who each bring unique skills and stand by a common goal: to foster an unencumbered environment where talented physicians are empowered to do their best work.
