The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a strong interest in complex reconstruction to practice at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center. This role offers academic-level case complexity within a private practice setting, supported by a multidisciplinary care model and extensive institutional resources.

Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in plastic surgery
- Microsurgery training preferred
- Interest or experience in reconstructive microsurgery, peripheral nerve, or functional restoration
- New graduates and fellows encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $450,000–$500,000 (based on experience)
