Plastic, Reconstructive, and Microsurgical Associates (PRMA) is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to support a high-volume microsurgical breast reconstruction practice. While breast reconstruction is the core focus, the role also offers opportunities to participate in and help expand additional service lines, including lymphedema, lower extremity reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, and other niche specialties.

Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in plastic surgery
- Strong interest in breast reconstruction and microsurgical procedures; lymphedema and/or cosmetic interest welcomed
- Fellowship training preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Eligibility for Texas medical licensure
