This role is specifically designed to support surgeons in the early stages of independent practice, offering structured mentorship, a gradual ramp-up in case complexity, and a predictable schedule with no hospital call. Qualifications
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency
- Well-suited for recent graduates, finishing fellows, or surgeons in the first few years of practice
- Interest in breast reconstruction, microsurgery, cosmetic surgery, and gender-affirming care
- Microsurgery fellowship not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow within a collaborative practice
