The Center for Restorative Breast Surgery – Nashville is seeking a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join a nationally recognized multidisciplinary breast reconstruction program.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to advanced microsurgical techniques, collaborative oncologic care, high-volume reconstructive practice, and the opportunity to work within an award-winning, physician-led private practice known for its inclusive, collegial, and innovative culture.
The position supports advanced microsurgical practice development, with the flexibility to build a practice reflecting individual clinical interests while collaborating with surgeons across the Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) network. The Breast Center team is renowned for expertise in microvascular breast reconstruction and performed more than 1,100+ microvascular breast reconstruction flaps annually, along with a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures for the breast and body.
A Private Practice Model with Academic-Level Collaboration
The Center for Restorative Breast Surgery and ARSA offer a “Priva-demic” model, combining the autonomy and opportunity of private practice with the collaboration, complex case exposure, and exchange of expertise traditionally associated with academic medicine.
Physicians benefit from dedicated clinical and administrative support, surgical and insurance coordination, billing and collections infrastructure, marketing resources, and licensing and credentialing assistance. Joining the team also means working alongside a dedicated surgical oncology team, experienced nursing staff, and surgical PAs to support seamless patient care from consultation through recovery.
Qualifications

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Interest in breast reconstruction, microsurgery, lymphedema treatment, and cosmetic surgery

Microvascular training preferred, not required
