My Houston Surgeons, a proud partner of the Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA), is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our physician team serving patients throughout Houston and The Woodlands, Texas.
The Opportunity
The position supports both reconstructive and cosmetic practice growth, with the flexibility to build a practice reflecting individual clinical interests while collaborating with surgeons across the ARSA network.
A Private Practice Model with Academic-Level Collaboration
My Houston Surgeons and ARSA offer a “Priva-demic” model—combining the autonomy and opportunity of private practice with the collaboration, complex case exposure, and exchange of expertise traditionally associated with academic medicine.

Qualifications

Board Certification in Plastic Surgery (American Board of Plastic Surgery or equivalent)

Completion of an accredited Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery residency

Five (5) or more years of post-training clinical experience preferred

Microsurgery fellowship training strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience in breast reconstruction and complex reconstructive surgery

Interest in maintaining a combination of reconstructive and aesthetic surgical practice

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Texas
