Regional Plastic Surgery Center (RPSC) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a strong interest in microsurgical breast reconstruction to join its established North Texas practice.
RPSC is home to a significant breast reconstruction program serving patients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This opportunity is designed for a surgeon who wants to develop a reconstructive practice with an emphasis on breast reconstruction and microsurgery, while maintaining the ability to build a broader plastic and reconstructive surgery practice based on individual interests.
The Opportunity
The incoming surgeon will join an established, multi-physician plastic surgery practice with more than three decades of history in North Texas and an existing breast reconstruction patient and referral base.
The position offers the opportunity to participate in and further grow RPSC’s breast reconstruction program, including autologous and microsurgical reconstruction, while collaborating with experienced surgeons locally and throughout the Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) network.
For a surgeon early in practice, the environment offers access to experienced colleagues and a national network of reconstructive surgeons. For an established microsurgeon, the opportunity provides the infrastructure and market presence to continue building a high-level reconstructive practice within one of the country's largest private reconstructive surgery networks.

Qualifications

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Strong interest in breast reconstruction and microsurgery

Microsurgery fellowship training or significant microvascular experience preferred
