The Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified dermatologic surgeon to join our high-volume, multi-specialty private practice at the Jersey Shore. This opportunity offers a dedicated focus in dermatologic surgery supported by a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a collaborative network of nationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeons.

Qualifications
• Board eligible or board certified in dermatology
• Interest or experience in cosmetic dermatology preferred
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Interest in building a long-term career within a collaborative private practice
Responsibilities
• Perform dermatologic surgical procedures, including Mohs surgery and reconstruction
• Evaluate and treat patients with cutaneous malignancies and other dermatologic conditions
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services as desired
• Collaborate with plastic and reconstructive surgeons to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Stay current with advancements in dermatologic surgery and cosmetic techniques
Compensation and Benefits
• Guaranteed base salary starting at $300,000–$500,000 with performance incentives; final offer based on qualifications and experience
